Blufin S.p.A., as the holder of the domain names including those at www.blufin.it or on Network Blufin (www.blumarine.com - www.blugirl.it - www.annamolinari.it - store.blumarine.com), uses the Website not only to give information about the activities and/or products of the Blufin group, but also as a tool for gathering personal data.
Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Code on the Protection of Personal Data (Legislative Decree No. 193 of 2003), Blufin S.p.A., as the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as "Controller"), provides this notice concerning the processing of users' personal data and, specifically, data concerning the consultation of the Site (browsing data), data sent by email and/or by filling in specific forms in order to access restricted areas within the Site, and data transmitted or otherwise acquired in order to perform a service or operation requested by the user (inclusion on the mailing list of a newsletter, for example).
This notice is published solely in relation to the Site and the activities carried out by the company Blufin S.p.A., including through its data managers, and does not concern any to other websites the user may access via any links and/or activities created by third parties. Notice is also given that Blufin S.p.A. reserves the right to communicate and transmit the data collected to third party companies commissioned to supply e-commerce services (in this case, Zerogrey S.r.l., with registered office in Via Colli 15, Turin, Joint Data Controller), and to any other party to whom Blufin S.p.A. has assigned tasks or duties concerning the marketing of its products.

5. The provision of data
With the exception of browsing data (automatically collected by the system), the user must provide data to register with the Site and access the services and functions offered by the Site and its restricted areas. Any failure to provide the data will make it impossible for the user to access and use these services and features. Providing data for marketing activities is always voluntary.
